THE COMPASSIONATE BUDDHA
The Healing Power of Thoughts
Leonard (Ram Lev) & Jenness Perlmutter
LEVEL II: The Compassionate Buddha is one of our most practical teachers of mind-body medicine. From the very first line of the Dhammapada––“our life is shaped by our mind; we become what we think”––the Buddha explains what leads to joy and health and what leads to dis-ease and sorrow. Then he explains how to take our lives into our own hands. Without esoterica or metaphysics, without appeal to anything superhuman, the Compassionate Buddha encourages us to experiment with our minds in order to experience health and happiness.
