Planning Your Retreat
What Will I Need to Bring?
Regardless of whether you're planning to
stay with us at the AMI Home Center or at some nearby accommodation,
you'll want to bring toiletries and warm clothing
for cooler weather and perhaps some rain gear. For seminars and
Easy-Gentle Yoga, you'll want to bring
comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and hatha mat if you have one.
Please note that shorts are discouraged.
Class Needs
Each retreat or seminar will provide a description of
required materials and/or suggested reading.
Money Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or traveler's
checks can be used at our bookstore and throughout your visit. AMI is
unable to cash personal checks.
Limited Mobility
Our beautiful country surroundings consist of open
meadows and hilly terrain. If you have a physical disability that effects
your mobility, please notify us before registration and we'll be sure to
provide comfortable accommodations.
Rules to Consider

illegal drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Tape recorders and
