Registration Information:
  The registration fee for each retreat is $575 per person (including all gourmet vegetarian meals and a FREE 17-minute "Guided Meditation" CD).  Room accommodations are additional.  Retreats fill quickly.  Please register at least two weeks in advance to secure your place.  A non-refundable $75 deposit per person is required.  The balance is due upon arrival.  Call or e-mail as soon as possible to register for a rewarding meditation retreat!

** The required text for this weekend retreat is The Heart and Science of Yoga by Leonard Perlmutter.  This book may be purchased through our bookstore or from your local bookseller.  Recommended books include The Art of Joyful Living by Swami Rama and Dialogue with Death by Eknath Easwaran.

Gourmet Vegetarian Cuisine

The food you’ll eat at AMI is the best tasting and healthiest you’ve ever had! Every day you’ll enjoy a complete menu of delicious gourmet vegetarian food. Breakfast includes hot and cold cereals, fresh orange juice and assorted fruits, toasted whole-grain breads and warm muffins. Other meals offer organic salads, eggplant parmesan, pasta primavera, vegetable lasagna, fresh soups and exquisite Indian foods.  (Please call in advance for special dietary requests.)

ousing Information

A limited number of private and semi-private overnight rooms are available. The fees below are per person.  Every room at AMI provides all the amenities and country comfort of your favorite Bed & Breakfast. Rooms are fully furnished and decorated with original Cortez paintings.

Single-  w/shared bath: $100 per night 
               w/private bath: $140 per night
Double-  w/shared bath: $60 per night 
             w/private bath: $80 per night

ATTENTION NURSES!

All retreats are part of the AMI Caring for the Care-Giver educational series for which nurses receive 12 contact hours of credit.  Each retreat is approved by the New York State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Commission on Accreditation.
